1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data collected on this website is TECRA, [sas], whose registered office is at [6 RUE DU 24 MARS 1852 69009 LYON], France. You can reach us at support@tecra-france.fr.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form on our website. That form asks for:
- Name — to address you personally.
- Structure / organisation — to understand your context.
- Email address — to reply to your request.
- Requested product or service — the category you select.
- Your need — the message you write describing your project.
When you browse the site, our hosting and form provider may also process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser information) for security and to deliver the page. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any sensitive data (such as health data) through this form.
3. Why we use your data and the legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and follow up on your project — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to prospects and customers (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We never sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who processes your data
Your form submission is delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service that acts as our processor. Formspree forwards the message to our email inbox and may temporarily store the submission to provide the service. As Formspree operates in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards (for example, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Your data is also accessible to TECRA staff who handle enquiries and to our email provider.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep contact requests only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage the resulting business relationship — typically 1 year from our last contact. After that, your data is deleted or anonymised.
6. How we protect your data
The form is submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data;
- request restriction of, or object to, our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- set guidelines for the handling of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, email support@tecra-france.fr. We may ask you to confirm your identity. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track your browsing. We load the Lora and Inter fonts from Google Fonts; making that request shares your IP address with Google so the fonts can be delivered. No cookie is required for the site to work.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
10. Contact
